| At the LAP Dog House and Kitty Motel, we provide boarding and care for cats and dogs in LifeLine's adoption program as well as for animals in other Atlanta area rescue programs. Working together with local rescue groups and shelters, LAP offers these wonderful, adoptable animals a temporary home until the they can be placed in loving, forever homes. Dogs at the LAP Dog House enjoy lots fun with their doggie friends along with training and socialization to help them be the best companions ever, while Kitty Motel residents enjoy a cage-free environment filled with all the toys and climbing towers cats love. The LAP Dog House and Kitty Motel also serve as temporary residences for dogs and cats in LifeLine's rehabilitation program who need a little extra care before they can be adopted. |
| The Virtual Foster Program Not everyone is able to provide a foster home for a homeless animal. By becoming a Virtual Foster, you can help provide a fun, loving, and safe environment for a cat or dog at the LAP Dog House & Kitty Motel. Your donation is tax-deductible and 100 percent of your donation goes to care for the dog or cat of your choice. How to become a Virtual Foster Go to our Adoptable Animals database and choose any dog or cat whose listing includes the LAP Dog House symbol in the lower right-had corner of the listing. When you find the dog or cat you want to foster, click the Virtual Foster link in the dog's listing, which will take you to the Virtual Fostering form. Only $45 takes care of a dog for an entire week, and through PayPal's secure online payment system, you can provide care for one week, two weeks, or every week that your foster dog stays in the LAP Dog House. For only $15, you can provide care for a Kitty Motel resident for an entire week. You also are welcome to make an appointment at the LAP Dog House & Kitty Motel to come visit your foster pet. Any remaining credit on your foster pet's account when your pet is adopted will go to help another cat or dog staying at the LAP Dog House & Kitty Motel. |
